mix with equal parts of Scalp Scrub and any brand of baking soda or bicarbonate of soda. Use the mixture within 10 minutes of mixing for maximum results.
Patch test: to avoid allergic reaction, do a patch test. Mix a small amount of Scalp Scrub and baking soda mixture, apply to inner bend of elbow. Watch for 20 minutes, then rinse. Observe for 24 hours, if no reaction you may begin treatment. If any burning, itching or redness occurs, discontinue treatment. Do not use on scalp with excessively weak or dry hair. Treatment should be given 1 or 2 times per month depending on the condition of the scalp. Directions: Assemble:
Baking soda, measuring spoon, bowl, soft scalpbrush, plastic cap. Prepare:
Combine equal parts of Scalp Scrub and baking soda (2 tablespoon each for most scalps). Mix thoroughly until you see a rich, yellow foam. Apply:
Section hair, apply a little amount at a time to the scalp with soft scalpbrush. Do not brush vigorously.
Massage lightly with fingers in a small circular motion. Cover:
Apply plastic cap. Leave covered for 15-20 minutes. Do not use heat. Rinse:
Rinse very thoroughly. Follow by shampooing with Uplifting Shampoo, conditioning with Hair Mayonnaise and style as usual. Keep Away from eyes.
